Westerner Park is seeking a Manager to oversee maintenance and operational readiness of facilities and grounds. You will establish priorities, ensure departmental resources are managed within budget, and lead a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and readiness of park buildings and grounds
• Manage the annual Park & Facilities operating budget
• Lead the team in day-to-day operational activities




• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Ensure waste management services align with operational needs
Requirements:
• 10+ years in facility operations or maintenance
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong budgeting and resource management skills
• Proven leadership in a multi-building environment
• Experience with maintenance management systems
