- Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient and safe manner- Prepares and manages the maintenance budget. Maintains inventory of spare parts, supplies and materials for critical maintenance repairs- Manages the daily scheduling of maintenance activities for plant equipment, facilities, maintenance supervisors, and hourly skilled trades.- Develops and executes preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.- Reviews monthly maintenance performance metrics and recommends and implements continuous improvement initiatives.- Implements, maintains, and continuously improves the maintenance work order management system.- Oversees the management of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment.- Recommends, evaluates, and supports the implementation of new equipment and technology.- Provides technical support and maintenance expertise for engineering and capital projects.- Manages facility, infrastructure, and equipment improvement projects.- Leads maintenance team development, succession planning, training, and performance management.- Ensures consistency of maintenance practices, standards,
