Duties

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Mix paints and coatings to specified colors and consistencies
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Operate machinery such as cranes and forklifts safely when needed for material handling
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks




- Conduct inspections to ensure finishes meet quality standards
- Assist in assembly or machining processes as required
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- 1-2 Year Minimum experience Required in Cutting Rolling/ Spraying Optional
- Own Vehicle
- Driver's Licencse
- Able to Lift 5 Gallon Pails/ Ladders & Equipment
- Willingness to Learn in a Drama free environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $21.75-$39.96 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
