We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to fill a part-time receptionist role every Saturday (1:00PM - 7:30PM) at our massage therapy clinic. Punctuality and dependability are very important.
Duties
- Greet and check in/out clients
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Submitting Insurance Claims
- Do light cleaning and laundry
- Support staff with basic tasks
Requirements:
Friendly and professional
Very reliable and punctual
Positive organizational skills
Previous experience is a plus but not required
