About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with a specialization in Talent Management to support their operations in Kimberley . This critical role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. You will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and retaining high-potential employees, ensuring the organization has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking HR professional with a strong track record in talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews.
Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks.




Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and recommend proactive solutions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources , with a significant focus on talent management and development.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
