In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the COO to build and scale NutraChamps' retail business across North America. Your expertise in forecasting and execution will directly influence revenue growth and operational success. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that retail strategies are realistic and executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow comprehensive retail and wholesale strategies
• Conduct retailer negotiations on key terms and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics




• Engage marketing for cohesive in-store strategies
• Report on performance and growth metrics to leadership

Requirements:
• 7+ years in retail or wholesale, preferably CPG
• Deep understanding of retail economics and data handling
• Proven success in managing large retail accounts
• Robust communication and negotiation proficiencies
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
