We are looking for a Senior Privacy & Cybersecurity Lawyer to work alongside leading firms in technology, financial services, and healthcare. This role necessitates a deep understanding of privacy compliance and incident management strategies. Successful candidates will engage in drafting contractual agreements and providing essential counsel on privacy-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise firms on privacy data governance and compliance
• Review and negotiate privacy and data-sharing agreements
• Lead breach response and regulatory notifications
• Support risk assessments and privacy policy development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity matters
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in law focused on privacy and data protection
• Proven experience with Canadian legal standards
