This full-time position focuses on full cycle bookkeeping duties in a supportive setting. You will handle important accounting responsibilities including year-end closing processes and governmental reporting like GST/HST. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle bookkeeping from source documents to year-end
• Process payroll and related reporting for clients
• Prepare government returns like T4, T5, and WSIB




• Conduct accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in full cycle bookkeeping in Canada
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential
• Knowledge of Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
