Become a Physiotherapist with SHARE, where you help school-aged children achieve optimal independence in their daily lives. Work in Tri-Cities and New Westminster to deliver impactful physiotherapy services.
You will be responsible for assessing children's physical capabilities, developing therapy plans in coordination with families, and providing direct therapeutic services. Your role includes advising caregivers and contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure coordinated therapies for children. Regularly maintain comprehensive records and engage in community resources for additional support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess children using various evaluation methods
• Create individualized therapy goals in consultation with families
• Deliver direct therapy services to children
• Educate families on physiotherapy program implementation
• Maintain service records and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with pediatric focus
• Minimum of one year experience in pediatric settings
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Collaboration with other professionals is essential
• Continuous learning about current physiotherapy practices
