Lead facility management as a Night Manager with City Wide, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Work Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 12:30 AM.

In this essential role, you will provide support and supervision to in-house employees and Independent Contractors. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, communicating policies, and training employees on cleaning techniques, all to ensure exemplary service to clients. You will act as a liaison between contractors and the Facility Service Manager, reporting on inspections and addressing maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect all buildings on a rotating basis
• Communicate policies to employees and contractors




• Conduct safety training for in-house employees
• Report inspection details to the Facility Service Manager
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of management experience
• 2-3 years in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust communication and urgency skills
