As a Critical Care Flight Nurse, you will collaborate within the LifeFlight team, providing exceptional care to patients during air and ground transportation. Your role will involve conducting advanced patient assessments, stabilization, and documentation, adhering to protocols governed by the EHS LifeFlight Medical Director. Demonstrating critical thinking and clinical skills in a confined space while ensuring safety is essential in this high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced patient care within the RN's scope
• Perform patient assessments and interventions efficiently




• Document patient care records accurately
• Operate critical life support equipment safely
• Maintain ongoing professional competencies through education

Requirements:
• BScN/BN or other nursing degree required
• Minimum five years clinical experience, three in critical care
• Current BLS-C and ACLS certifications
• Previous air/ground transport experience is an asset
• Robust knowledge of ICU practices and pharmacology required
