This role supports infrastructure operations and security tools initiatives within a banking setting. The position focuses on troubleshooting infrastructure incidents, supporting CyberArk-related projects, and collaborating with engineering teams across systems and application support. The team is supporting ongoing operational coverage for a leave replacement within a 5-person environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot incidents related to infrastructure systems and applications

Support projects involving CyberArk

Log and document production problems and identify recurring issues

Respond to calls from application support groups and systems engineers to resolve or elevate issues

Interact with server, database, network support staff,



and systems programmers to maintain infrastructure availability
