Play a key role at the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm Archaeology Centre as a Project Manager, primarily on campus in Vancouver. Oversee strategic project management, research facilitation, and community relations.

In this role within the Faculty of Arts, you will manage multiple research projects, develop grant applications, and maintain relationships with the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm community. You'll serve as a main point of contact for construction projects and ensure alignment with the Centre's mission while supporting its operational and financial management goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and grants for the xʷAC
• Facilitate research collaboration across UBC and beyond
• Coordinate with community members and stakeholders




• Oversee strategic planning and development activities
• Ensure compliance with funding regulations

Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree and 4 years of related experience
• Solid commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience with Indigenous community collaborations
• Proficiency in project management processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Lead impactful initiatives that assert heritage jurisdiction and foster collaborative engagement with the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm community.
