Health Standards Organization seeks a full time Staff Technologist to ensure accreditation for medical laboratories. Embrace a hybrid work model while impacting quality and patient safety.
As a key player in the ISO 15189 Plus™ Program, you will lead the coordination of accreditation assessments and engage in quality improvement initiatives. This role demands your expertise in laboratory management and effective communication with diverse stakeholders, contributing to a higher standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute accreditation assessment processes
• Review and analyze self-assessments and necessary corrective actions
• Maintain the quality of accreditation procedures
• Facilitate meetings with clients and advisors
• Travel for accreditation support, with up to 30% required
Requirements:
• Designated as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
• Five years of experience in Laboratory Medicine
• A valid driver's license is needed
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Proficient in Word and Excel in Microsoft 365
