AgeCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Victoria, BC. Reporting to the Director of Care, this role provides planned, resident‑centered nursing care in line with provincial standards.
You will collaborate with an inter‑qualified team to assess, plan, implement and document care. Required: Practical Nurse Diploma, current registration, CPR/First Aid, and ability to lead and mentor colleagues.
