Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Project Control Officer - Banking/AML. This position involves supporting the portfolio by coordinating intake channels, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth project delivery within a dynamic banking environment. The Senior PCO will play a key role in tracking and progressing multiple intake requests and supporting project activities.
Pay rate range (CAD): $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Responsibilities Coordinate meetings with stakeholders across multiple teams
Manage and track items in Jira to ensure timely progression
Follow up with stakeholders to clarify requirements and status updates
Support business sizing and workload analysis for intake requests
Maintain oversight of 80-90 intake requests, ensuring continuous progress
Understand where team members are spending time to optimize workflows
Assist in project planning and resource allocation
Support production issue resolution and upstream system management
Desired Skill-Set Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities




Proficiency with Jira
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience coordinating meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to keep projects on track
Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, PDLC, and Agile methodologies
Banking experience preferred
Nice to Have Experience with Copilot
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) expertise
