POSITION FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accounts receivable, utility billing, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and administrative & payroll support.
KEY DUTIES
Administers and reconciles accounts receivable
Provides trained relief and operations back up for other finance positions
Monthly bank reconciliations to the general ledger
Insurance documents for the annual fleet renewal
Performs other related duties
Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Maintain composure and find solutions when dealing with difficult customers.
Maintain sustained attention to detail in applying accounting principles and practices with a high degree of accuracy.
Organize work schedule to meet deadlines and priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
One year Business Administration Certificate or related Accounting Certificate supplemented by recognized payroll courses.
Experience
Two years’ accounts receivable experience
One year payroll experience
