Your focus will be on maintaining quality standards, handling inquiries from residents, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Delivering exceptional customer service is paramount.

• Develop relationships to foster community and support
• Ensure properties operate within established budgets
• Professionally respond to resident inquiries and issues




• Keep common areas and grounds in pristine condition
• Provide 24/7 emergency support as needed

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with a collaborative problem-solving approach
• Effective follow-up in addressing resident concerns
