As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage multiple provincial payrolls while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. This position is vital for maintaining employee satisfaction through timely payroll distribution and managing pay discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:
• Process comprehensive payroll for multiple provinces
• Maintain payroll records and employee documentation
• Resolve discrepancies and review timesheets thoroughly




• Assist in T4 distribution and payroll audits
• Create management reports from payroll data

Requirements:
• PCP designation or equivalent payroll experience
• Two years of relevant Canadian payroll processing experience
• Proficient in Excel for data reporting
• Knowledge of employment legislation across Canada
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
