The candidate must actively engage with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
The candidate must deliver professional advice and education related to complex credit and investment needs.
The candidate will be required to participate in RBC at Work Group Advantage events and onboarding activities.
The candidate will be required to collaborate with market-leading professionals in Group Advantage, financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking experts to ensure clients receive customized and targeted expert advice.
The candidate must leverage technology to enhance client experience and drive sales and retention.
The candidate must take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
The candidate will be required to implement contact and relationship building strategies and supporting new client acquisition in the local community.
The candidate must educate clients on the features and benefits of RBC products and services, and assisting with digital banking including mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Job Requirements
The candidate must hold a valid Mutual Funds accreditation,
such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
The candidate must have completed the Certificate in Financial Services Advice, offered through the CSI (i.e. Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).
The candidate must have 2-3 years of proven experience in financial services, handling credit and investments, and converting pipeline leads into results for clients.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to build trust and rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
The candidate must be agile and adaptable, with strong presentation skills and comfort presenting in group environments.
The candidate must demonstrate digital savviness across multiple platforms and devices, including sales platforms, e-signature tools, and mobile technologies.
The candidate must be fluent in a second language.
The candidate must be active in developing strong network within the local community.
The candidate should have familiarity with the Group Advantage value proposition.
