Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment from intake to offer
• Facilitate onboarding experiences for new staff
• Manage performance review processes and employee inquiries
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records
• Support HR initiatives and culture-building activities
Requirements:
• 2-6 years of HR or talent acquisition experience
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
