As you report to the Director of Corporate Finance, your analytical capabilities will directly impact decision-making and financial outcomes across our communities. You will work closely with operational leaders to support budget management and reporting while identifying areas for process improvement and strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in annual budget preparation for the communities
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and strategic reporting
• Build and refine financial models for various departments




• Analyze business initiatives related to pricing and costs
• Integrate newly acquired communities financially

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• 3-5 years of financial planning experience
• Strong Excel skills and financial model proficiency
• In-depth understanding of financial statements
• Solid ability to communicate with diverse teams
