Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery activities to assess Advisor and business needs

• Design workshops for problem framing and stakeholder alignment




• Translate findings into business recommendations and executive materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery and implementation

Requirements:
• Significant experience in business design or service innovation
• Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of Advisor journeys and analytics
• Experience with user and stakeholder research is vital
• Ability to influence without formal authority
