Relationship building and teamwork are essential, as you will play a critical role in recruiting volunteers and advocating for fundraising initiatives. This role demands excellent communication skills, professional approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and engage youth in programs
• Attend and participate in staff and community meetings




• Recruit and collaborate with volunteers effectively
• Advocate for youth through fundraising engagement
• Complete monthly administrative and risk management tasks

Requirements:
• Strong alignment with Youth Unlimited YFC mission
• Excellent relational and leadership skills
• Strong administrative and organizational talents
• Preferred post-secondary education in relevant field
• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required
