Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee accurate group food services bookings and reporting • Work closely with the Food Services Department • Liaise with tour companies for pricing and invoicing • Address visitor dietary needs and oversee food services • Host site inspections and represent The Butchart Gardens

Requirements: • Positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication • Experience with tour operators and in food services • Organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment • Class 5 Drivers Licence is an asset • Qualified work attire expected
