Main responsibilities - Operate the equipment in the machining department: lathe, milling machine, drill, saw, planer and Xena hybrid milling machine. - Read and interpret technical plans and make necessary corrections as needed. - Maintain, repair and modify extrusion dies. - Perform tests on dies, punches, tools, jigs and fixtures to ensure their proper functioning. · To manufacture jigs for production. · Manufacture various parts according to the needs of the maintenance department. - Carry out production deployments in accordance with established specifications. - Comply with quality standards, production targets and health and safety standards. - Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. - Read and write in French and perform basic calculations. - Maintain a clean, organized and secure work environment. · Perform any other related tasks. Proficiency in English is important, as 80% of our clientele are exporters.
