Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and manage passenger bookings promptly
• Cancel, rearrange, and modify flights in the system




• Verify medical warrants in the Skyline program
• Resolve passenger issues with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate with staff and liaise across departments
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Experience in reservations or call center roles
• Knowledge of Dene/Cree languages is a plus
• Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
