Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex, global programs across customer engagements and product delivery. This role is critical to driving strategic CSP initiatives—from early opportunity development and RFx responses through deployment and ongoing service delivery.
As an individual contributor, you will operate at the intersection of
program management, customer engagement, and operations , partnering with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure successful execution.
You will work closely with senior leadership (Director to VP level) and must bring strong business acumen, structured problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset to deliver results in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional account teams supporting RFx bidding, contract execution, customer scorecards, and QBR/QTR delivery
Define account strategies and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement
Drive RFx processes end-to-end, including kickoff, coordination, tracking, and executive readiness for internal reviews
Manage ongoing account cadence (calls, reviews) to track opportunities, risks, and actions
Identify gaps in customer expectations and drive resolution through structured follow-up and accountability
Support pipeline tracking and contribute to achievement of revenue and growth targets
Program & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of CSP offerings, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and on budget
Manage complex, cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Services, Operations, etc.) across global regions
Build and execute detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints
Track program readiness across key dimensions (BOM validation, Dataline enablement, ECNs, CTO/LTO configurations)
Establish and run governance cadences (e.g., ODT/BMS reviews) to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive alignment
Maintain accurate program documentation and centralized repositories
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Oversee sustaining change processes (PCRs, PCNs), including coordination, validation, and cross-functional approvals
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery outcomes
Track and report on key program KPIs (e.g., time-to-delivery, NRE payment milestones)
Lead Lessons Learned sessions to drive continuous improvement across programs and processes
Develop and maintain account playbooks and functional team maps to enable internal alignment and onboarding
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of project/program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
Experience supporting customer engagements and delivering customer-facing programs
Background in
Compute, Storage, or GPU/AI infrastructure solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in Server, Compute, Storage, GPU/AI, or data center hardware products.
Familiar with NPI/product lifecycle, BOM/configuration readiness, ECN/PCN/PCR, L10/L11/L12, and manufacturing processes.
Able to drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, and Operations.
Robust schedule, risk, dependency, issue resolution, and executive reporting capabilities.
OEM/ODM, hyperscaler, CSP, or system integration background preferred
