Alcanza is on the hunt for a dedicated Clinical Recruiter to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role focuses on healthcare recruitment, particularly in clinical research, where you will collaborate with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates. Your expertise in market intelligence will help us build a robust talent pipeline supporting our mission to accelerate the development of current therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an advisor to business leaders during recruitment
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies




• Manage the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
• Foster collaboration across teams to enhance recruitment efforts
• Report on KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in full life cycle talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting within the clinical research field
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
