As part of the Seniors Wellness Program, you'll engage collaboratively to support community members transitioning to self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with marginalized community members
• Facilitate transitions from program support to independence
• Enhance community engagement and connections




• Contribute to the goals of the Seniors Wellness Program
• Execute initiatives that support vulnerable populations

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in a related community role
• Completion of Grade 12 or similar qualification
• Proficient in communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of poverty-related challenges
• Driver's license might be needed for specific tasks
