Take charge of safety and training as the Food Store Administrator. Oversee product management and support training initiatives to optimize operations effectively.
As the Food Store Administrator for Safety and Logistics, your primary function will involve leading safety meetings and coordinating training programs. You will ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge to adhere to safety protocols. Alongside these responsibilities, you will manage the ordering, tracking, and receiving of products and address any invoice discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety communication and policy compliance
• Implement and track effective training programs
• Oversee inventory management and product tracking
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with financial teams
• Maintain accurate inventory data and perform stock controls
Requirements:
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in food stores
• Experience designing and managing training programs
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems
• Solid relationship-building and problem-solving skills
