• Direct daily operations and labor budgeting
• Assist in material coordination for job sites
• Proactively monitor for and address issues
• Conduct onsite training for team safety and quality
• Enforce company safety protocols consistently

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in the landscaping sector
• 1-year minimum supervisory experience
• Class 5 Driver's License essential
• Knowledgeable in turf and arboriculture
• Relevant landscaping degree or certification is a plus
