Become part of CMHA-WECB as a Mental Health Navigator, providing impactful mental health and addiction support. This temporary role runs until December 2026, focusing on client assessments and counseling.

As a Mental Health Navigator, you will work closely with the Clinical Services manager to guide individuals through mental health challenges and community resources. Utilize your clinical skills to assess needs, implement care plans, and facilitate seamless transitions into supportive programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing mental health services access for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive mental health/addiction assessments
• Deliver supportive counseling until program enrollment
• Create outcome goals with client and family input




• Collaborate with community partners to enhance care plans
• Support clients during transitions between services

Requirements:
• University degree relevant to mental health counseling
• Registered member of a skilled college in good standing
• Minimum of two years experience in mental health settings
• Up-to-date knowledge of mental health policies
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required

Facilitate meaningful mental health navigation as a navigator at CMHA-WECB, driving positive change in your community.
