In this position, you’ll be responsible for deploying and refreshing both Windows and Mac systems, managing hardware assets, and providing technical support. As a temporary employee, you must secure reliability status clearance and can expect to work on significant projects that enhance user experience. Candidates must graduate in April 2027 or later and show excellence in multitasking and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy PCs as per established schedules for end-users
• Manage desktop and notebook refresh processes efficiently
• Troubleshoot user issues post-deployment




• Control inventory and lifecycle of computing devices
• Assist in major software deployments and upgrades

Requirements:
• Experience with PC hardware and operating systems
• Understanding of networking, including LAN and VPN
• Familiarity with MS Office365 and enterprise software
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Government Clearance is required for role access
