Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret tender drawings and specifications accurately
• Direct quantity take-offs from project documents
• Lead tender preparation and submission processes




• Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle
• Guide and mentor junior estimating staff

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in construction estimating
• Proficiency in commercial estimating platforms
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Valid driver’s license and experience with city projects
