This full time role reports to the Director of Patient Partnership & Experience. You will drive meaningful patient engagement and collaboratively work with caregivers, clinicians, and staff to incorporate patient voices into healthcare. Your focus will be on advancing strategies for continuous improvement and quality initiatives that elevate patient experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the re-imagination of Patient and Family Advisory Committee
• Develop engagement strategies for patient advisors
• Support hospital leaders in advisor recruitment and training




• Facilitate patient input into policy and service design
• Conduct research to improve patient satisfaction

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Experience in patient engagement strategies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and support diverse teams
• Understanding of healthcare service delivery systems
