Lead dining experiences at Yee Hong as a Food Services Supervisor. Ensure nutritious meals and high-quality service for residents while supporting team operations in a current care center.

Yee Hong is opening the Ng Siu Chan Care Centre in early 2027. This role entails overseeing food production and dining services, guided by our Relationship-Centered Care philosophy. You will monitor residents' dietary needs and collaborate with our Dietitian to create enjoyable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily food production and service efficiency
• Lead and coach Food Services staff for quality performance
• Monitor residents' food intake and dietary preferences
• Supervise kitchen sanitation and food safety standards




• Participate in resident care conferences for quality improvement

Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in food services supervision or related field
• Current Food Handler Safety Certificate
• Minimum 1 year in quantity food production
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or Japanese is an asset
• Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen
