You will analyze financials, rent rolls, and supporting documents for CMHC and conventional real estate loans, ensuring compliance with lender and investor guidelines.
You will coordinate with funders, investors, legal teams, and third parties, develop pro forma construction forecasts, monitor loan draws, and assist in loan approvals.
