LaPrairie Works is looking for skilled Snowplow Operators to enhance their highway maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will involve efficiently managing snowplow equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols. Robust communication is key as you report on equipment condition and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and combo units for road clearing
• Maintain cleanliness and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Complete daily hours and safety records
• Perform inspections and track maintenance issues
• Report fuel and fluid needs for equipment

Requirements:
• Off-road and winter driving experience required
• Valid Class 1 or 3 license with clean driving record
• First Aid Training certification essential
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
