• Manage the Explorer Program's design and delivery

• Facilitate mentor-founder matching processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree related to Business or Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant program coordination experience
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in incubators or startup environments is preferred
