As an Occupational Therapist I, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team within Integrated Home Care. Your role involves collaborating with clients, assessing their needs, and contributing to individualized care plans. Mobile work is required, as you'll provide services across Didsbury and Airdrie, promoting optimal care in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and screenings for clients
• Formulate and adjust care plans collaboratively
• Directly implement occupational therapy interventions
• Liaise with healthcare providers and community services
• Engage in peer mentorship and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Completion of Occupational Therapy bachelor's degree
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Experience with acute and chronic conditions
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage physical job demands
