Join Stantec as a Lead Electrical Engineer focusing on Electromagnetic Transient Studies and push the envelope of power systems. This role involves technical leadership and strategic project development in a energetic energy environment.

You will guide a team in executing complex EMT analyses across generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Responsibilities include client engagement, high-quality deliverables, and leading business development efforts to foster client relations and strategic direction for power systems studies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership on EMT analysis projects
• Develop methodologies and oversee simulations
• Engage clients with project updates and results
• Ensure timely and quality project deliverables
• Drive business development and research initiatives

Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in EMT-focused studies
• Required licensure: P.Eng or PE
• Proficient in PSCAD, PSSE, and similar software
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
