As a short-term contract Kettle Coordinator II, you will be responsible for managing various kettle sites in your assigned area, including shopping malls and grocery stores. Your role includes supporting volunteers, ensuring the security of donations, and communicating daily operational needs. Strong leadership and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support kettle volunteers during shifts
• Ensure kettle locations are properly set up and maintained
• Collect and secure donations throughout your shifts




• Communicate daily issues to the City Coordinator
• Participate in the recruitment of current volunteers

Requirements:
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift 9 to 12 kg (20 - 25 lbs)
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours
