Key Responsibilities:
• Offer clinical support to community health services
• Engage in team-based health service development
• Address individual wellness needs and crisis situations




• Lead health education presentations
• Participate in monitoring health service effectiveness

Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing with current registration
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Preferred experience in addictions or community services
• Knowledge in drug assessment tools and issues
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
