As Senior Advisor – Training, you'll be accountable for guiding Training Advisors in delivering high-quality programs that meet Evolution Mining's standards. Your role will include developing effective training modules, managing onboarding processes, and identifying site-specific training needs through comprehensive analysis. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee training programs and instructors at Red Lake Operation
• Enhance competency-based training and assessment systems




• Manage the induction and onboarding process for current employees
• Maintain ongoing training documentation and analysis of needs
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback

Requirements:
• Proven experience in training supervision within mining
• An Underground Common Core or Mill Common Core credential preferred
• Strong abilities in INX and training development
• Knowledge of safety regulations and documentation
• Self-motivated with effective coaching skills
