Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Subscriptions engineering team in best practices
• Oversee architectural decisions and project schedules
• Ensure timely delivery and monitor SLA performance




• Develop subscription services in PHP and Go
• Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of systems

Requirements:
• More than 6 years of backend engineering experience
• Proven experience leading teams and managing timelines
• Knowledge of legacy PHP codebases and migration
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database optimization
• Solid skills in Docker and CI/CD tools
