T3 Training is hiring a part-time Personal Trainer to lead private and small group sessions at our private training facility. You will be coaching anywhere from 1 to 15 clients per session in a structured, results-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a trainer who values consistency, professionalism, and hands-on coaching rather than floor supervision.

Requirements

- Must actively live in Calgary, Alberta
- Must be available Monday to Friday for varied hours.
- Minimum one year of private or personal training experience
- Must hold at least one recognized fitness certification, such as (CSEP CP, NASM CPT, ACE CPT, CanFitPro PTS, ISSA CPT, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Confident coaching basic lifts and movement patterns

Compensation
- Paid hourly
- Pay scales based on the number of clients attending each session, from $22 to $30

Responsibilities
- Coach private and small group training sessions (1–15 clients)
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts
- Provide explicit instruction, corrections, and motivation
- Maintain a professional, positive training workplace
