- Help coordinate internal and external communications for product launches and product updates.
- Track product adoption signals and use data and insights to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, development, and other partners to help ensure the team is building the right product for the right user at the right time.
- Build practical experience in product discovery, prioritization, execution, and enterprise security.
Skills and experience we value:
- Interest in product management, technology, enterprise software, and cybersecurity.
- Experience or exposure to writing user stories, conducting user research, or breaking down technical features through coursework, projects, internships,
or other hands-on experience.
- Ability to analyze information and data, gather user feedback, and translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across teams and time zones.
- Curiosity, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of your work.
What would really make you stand out:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), the principle of least privilege, or web session management.
- Experience with data analysis, user interviews, product documentation, or product enablement materials.
- Previous product management experience through an internship, academic project, extracurricular activity, or other hands-on experience.
- Exposure to IAM, cybersecurity, platform security, or other security-focused products.
