Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Canada-based hiring requirements.

• Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Conduct resume screening, candidate assessment, and initial qualification discussions.

• Evaluate candidate fit based on technical, functional, and business requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining recruitment process compliance.

• Stay updated on Canada staffing market trends, talent availability, and hiring demands.
