Be a driving force in community health as the Miyo Mahcihowin Coordinator with CRBCL in Cowessess First Nation, SK. This full-time role focuses on trauma-informed care for families and children.

CRBCL seeks a dedicated qualified to oversee healing programs within the Family Enhancement and Preservation Team. With a focus on Indigenous values, you will facilitate programming that addresses intergenerational trauma. This position demands exceptional leadership and communication skills to align with community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and monitor health programs for clients and families
• Recognize and address risk factors in programming
• Create inclusive environments for participants




• Collaborate with community members and staff effectively
• Maintain participant confidentiality and safety

Requirements:
• Educational background in Human Services
• 5+ years applicable experience in community roles
• Skills in event planning and program leadership
• Familiarity with First Nations culture and governance
• Ability to travel and a valid driver's license
